Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor factory machinery safely and efficiently
• Follow all health and safety procedures on-site
• Conduct quality assurance checks to meet production requirements
• Assist with production line setup and changeovers
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation
• Work towards production targets and deadlines
• Support supervisors and team members to maintain efficiency

Ideal Candidate:

• No previous experience required - training provided
• Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and quality-focused
• Team player with good communication skills
• Flexible to work rotating shifts (two weeks days, two weeks nights)
