Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm

Job Description:

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking Factory Operatives to join the team in Kilrea, a leader in supplying food products to hospitality outlets across Norther Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various machinery and tools within safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace to adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Perform quality checks to ensure food products meet the required standards.
• Assist in the packing and preparation of products for shipment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisory team promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• No prior experience necessary; full training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with others.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
