Machine Minder

Staffline Recruitment Ireland, in collaboration with our esteemed client Moy Park, is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Minders. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment within the Moy Park facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment efficiently.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshooting to prevent machinery breakdowns.
• Ensure machinery operates within the specified parameters to meet production targets.
• Adhere to Moy Park's health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Report any machinery faults or production issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the machinery area.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise machine efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Machine Minder or in a similar role, ideally within the food production industry.
• Technical aptitude with a good understanding of machinery and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, at Moy Park.
