Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Operator

Salary: €37,000 - €39,000 DOE

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our team in Swords.. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and wrap merchandise such as cars, pallets and haz chem materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload goods from cars, crates and pallets onto trucks and containers.
• Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift.
• Ensure accurate inventory management by recording product movements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Haz Chem training provided.

Qualifications:

• Valid counterbalance forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) operating a counterbalance forklift.
• Full Clean B Driving Licence.
• Manual Handling Certificate.
• Experience in freight.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects if required.
