Job Title: M365 Security Architect

Staflline Recruitment Ireland is partnering with a global professional services firm to recruit a Senior Microsoft Security Architect.

In this role you will provide expert guidance on the secure design, implementation, and development of the Microsoft 365 environment. You will be responsible for developing and enforcing security policies to safeguard the firm's M365 applications and ensure their availability and compliance.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience in implementing and securing Microsoft 365 environments, including the adoption of security best practices.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Defender Suite, covering threat protection for cloud services, identity, applications, and email security.
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on integration and security controls within M365.
• Ability to design and implement security event management and logging for cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Hands-on experience with data security solutions, including encryption, classification, and labelling within Microsoft ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of identity governance frameworks, with the ability to generate reports on security posture and compliance for senior stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess security risks, define challenges, and develop effective solutions.
• Skilled in customising and integrating software solutions to enhance security capabilities.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, with the ability to work independently and maintain focus without direct supervision
