Part-Time Health & Safety Administrator
Location: Dublin 13, Ireland (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Site)
Hours: Part-time (approx. 20-25 hours per week)

About the Role
We are seeking a part-time Health & Safety Administrator to support the EHS team at our client's pharmaceutical site.

The role will provide essential administrative, compliance, and coordination support to ensure the smooth operation of the site's health and safety management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Health & Safety Officer/Manager.
  • Maintain and update health and safety documentation, records, and training matrices.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating safety training sessions and inductions.
  • Support preparation of risk assessments, safety statements, and compliance reports.
  • Log, track, and follow up on incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.
  • Organise and maintain records for audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in coordinating contractor documentation and RAMS approvals.
  • Support communication of health and safety updates, policies, and procedures across the site.
  • Help coordinate safety meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the wider EHS team.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a regulated or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organisational and IT skills, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices or willingness to up-skill (training provided).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise across multiple departments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or GMP-regulated environments.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Relevant health and safety training (e.g. manual handling, VDU assessor) beneficial but not essential.
