Head of Sales

My client, a leading distributor, seek to hire a new Head of Sales.

This role will suit someone with 4+ years' experience in B2B field sales. The successful candidate will cover the island of Ireland.

This is a field based role with an OTE of €85k+

Responsibilities

• Account Management, maintain & grow existing accounts
• Brand Growth, ensuring brand alignment with partners.
• People Leadership, lead and mentor a high-performing team.
• Portfolio management, understanding needs of existing clients.
• Business development, understanding ideal customer profiles & creating territory plans to expand.

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales or brand management roles.
• Success in strategic planning and execution.
• People management.
• Full Irish drivers license
• Expertise in the skincare & luxury natural products industry is desirable
