General Operative Monaghan

Staffline are delighted to announce we are now recruiting for our client in Monaghan. We are on the hunt for General Operatives to assist in maintaining a high level of quality production and speedy service. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a positive and flexible attitude and preferably have experience working in an efficient and fast-paced role.

Main Duties

* Operate and monitor equipment as designated by Management

* Comply with the Company's Food Safety Policy and all other associated legal and customer requirements

* Operate various computer systems as required Manual handling of loads including lifting, putting down, pushing, pulling, carrying and moving.

* Working on the packing line: packing mushrooms into crates or boxes, feeding the line, tipping downgraded product when required

* Scanning and palletising products

* Setting up packing machine to wrap product types while ensuring efficient use of labels and film keeping wastage to a minimum

* Ah Hoc Duties

* Be capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Strong team player

* Be conscientious with strong attention to detail Experience and Qualifications

* Proficient level of English

* Previous factory/warehouse experience
