Your Role:

As a Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Operating forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading stock, ensuring accuracy in scanning products using STL's WMS system.
• Carrying out daily inspections on all equipment and reporting any defects.
• Ensuring all operations comply with safety, quality, and company policies.
• Working as part of a high-performing team while maintaining a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

What You Need:

• At least 1 years of forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
• Valid Forklift License (Counterbalance or Reach beneficial, Turret Truck 9T licence is a plus!).
• Valid Manual Handling Certificate (training can be provided).
• Strong awareness of health & safety regulations.
• Team player mindset with good communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
