Warehouse Logistics Administrator

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking an experienced Warehouse Logistics Administrator. This is a fulltime permanent role based in Tipperary.

Our client has more than 50 years' experience within warehousing, transport and distribution solutions. It has multiple locations and depots across Ireland, with the headquarter stationed in Limerick. Exceptional customer service is what they are known for! The role of Warehouse Logistics Administrator is based in Tipperary.

Responsibilities:
As the Warehouse Logistics Administrator you will provide support to the Warehouse Manager. Your main responsibilities include:

• Order & Inventory Management - Oversee inbound/outbound orders, update inventory records, and verify stock accuracy.
• Logistics & Coordination - Prepare shipments, manage stock movements, and handle customer inventory bookings.
• Reporting & Documentation - Maintain reports, track metrics, and document warehouse activities.
• Process Improvement - Support efficiency projects and inventory management enhancements.
• Communication - Build relationships with customers and internal teams, providing updates and reports.

Criteria:

• Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role;
