Field Service Maintenance Engineer

Key Accountabilities:

Preventative maintenance to BMS systems and associated field equipment on key sites ➢

Fault finding and repair of BMS/control issues in a quick and effective manor

Preparation of detailed reports on work carried out and any remedial action required.

Preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements prior to carrying out work

Develop and maintain customer relations to a high level

Interrogation and modification of BMS programs

Continual development of client systems to ensure continued energy savings Personal Experience/Qualifications

Ideally candidates will have a minimum of ONC, BTEC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other appropriate job related experience

Applicants with a good understanding of HVAC controls theory, preferably with hands on experience of BMS systems would have a distinct advantage however applicants with field based service & maintenance experience in a related field would also be considered.

Applicants must be computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word & Excel

Applicant must be able to read and understand electrical control panel drawings

Full clean driving license

Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision
