Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Field Sales Executive on behalf of a leading wholesaler within FMCG industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career with a forward thinking, dynamic company. The Field Sales Executive will establish a profitable sales journey in the area whilst maintaining and developing already existing business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, Maintain and Develop business within the current customer base
• Call with customers on a regular basis i.e. weekly/fortnightly to capture orders, sell in promotional lines, whilst ensuring that company is front of mind as a priority supplier
• Identify and maximise new opportunities on an on-going basis within existing and new customers
• Responsible for selecting outlets in which to try and gain new business
• Highlight opportunities and negotiate with outlet owners to gain co-operation whilst building and establishing close relationships
• Revisit lapsed trading accounts in an effort to reestablish relations with the achievement of the customer purchasing again
• Work towards and achieve Sales Targets on a monthly and annual basis
• Promote and Champion the 'Online Platform' with a view to maximizing sales & profitability
• Achievement of set KPI's
• Attend Sales Meetings as and when required
• Any other duties role may involve

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in field sales and the development of a sales territory preferably in FMCG or retail
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• A self-starter, highly motivated with a pragmatic approach
• Ability to establish relationships with customers to gain levels of ongoing business and loyalty
• Show resilience and flexibility in various situations
• Knowledge of the Wholesale/Retail sector an advantage
• Must be able to work remotely

The Rewards

The successful Field Sales Executive will enjoy a competitive salary circa £33,000 depending on experience Plus Bonus and Car.

Location

The Field Sales Executive role will be covering Greater Belfast.
