Customer Service Executive

Staffline Recruitment are working in partnership with our client, a packaging company based in Mallusk who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor for their team. This role is on a temporary to permanent basis

Rate of Pay: £12.21/hr

Hours: Mon-Thurs 9am-5pm & Friday 9am-4pm

Job Role:

• Customer Orders: Managing inbound and outbound calls, Inputting customer orders, Key account order processing
• Pricing: Management of customer pricing, customer price increase management
• Sales Support: Administration of sales product requests, customer pricing quotes
• General Office duties: Weekly wage preparation, dealing with customer enquiries

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience within a similiar role/recent administration experience
• Previous experience in dealing with customers on the phone and via e-mails
• Available as soon as possible for interview and potential start
