Customer Service Advisor with Languages required for Dromore (Co Tyrone)

This is a newly created position, for a customer orientated, motivated applicant with either Spanish or French as a second language.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, may be required to work 9am-6pm on occasion.

Salary : £26,000 - £28, 000

Our client is a market leading Auction House in Europe, conducting unreserved auctions of industrial plant, construction equipment and agricultural machinery on a global basis with sites in the UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, and US

Details about the role:

  • Identifying new customer's and engaging and developing a relationship with new customers and acting as an intermediary to resolve any first-time buying issues they may have.
  • Delivering exceptional service by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Working with new and existing customers, dealing with all day-to-day communications.
  • Focusing on quality and proactive support, maintaining high service standards and contributing to a positive customer experience.
  • Troubleshooting and guiding first time customers through the deposit and bidder number allocation process.
  • Analysing data and reports to establish new customer trends.
  • Assisting with Auction Support when needed.
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with other departments.

Essential Criteria:

  • Second Language either Spanish or French.
  • A minimum of 2 years working in customer relations.
  • Ability to work flexibly and non-standard hours when required to meet the global needs of the business.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Ability to collate and present data in reports.
  • This role may suit someone with a marketing/customer service background.
