Customer Service Administrator| Contract | Dublin 9

The Client: With headquarters in North Dublin, our client is a leading non-profit organisation that provide a range of crucial services to the public sector

The Role: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be required to support key functions within the business. You will be responsible for handling queries on behalf of the Construction division, ensuring client needs are met in line with best practice. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks on a daily basis.

Hours of work: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Contract: 6 months initially

Key duties:

  • Take responsibility for various accounts, acting as the first point of contact for queries
  • Handle all queries and input data efficiently onto internal systems
  • Managing quotations and issue accordingly in line with SLA's
  • Handle various follow-up activities with customer base, ensuring they are availing of supports efficiently and in line with their needs
  • Work with internal teams and Quality Officer to maintain a quality management system
  • Office administration tasks such as database management, updating departmental reports and other compliance support activities
  • Provide support to the Construction team on a regular basis
  • Management reporting and attendance at daily/weekly team meetings

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role with an element of call handling, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word and Excel
  • Accurate, high speed data entry skills and good typing skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities
