Compliance Technologist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance to customer codes of practice, BRC and legislation regarding weight compliance, metal detection compliance and Automated Date Coding System (Auto-coding).
• Complete daily tasks for weight, metal & auto-coding compliance.
• Complete daily/ weekly/monthly process reports.
• Oversee completion of protocols for new product launches
• Communicate accurately with management, suppliers and customers in verbal and written formats.
• Complete investigations and preventative corrective actions.
• Calibrate metal detectors, checkweighers, scales and auto-coding.
• Lead customer visits and audits with regards to metal detection and check weighing.

· Manage training within the production team to ensure compliance (mentor & coach)

· Contribute to the development of a culture of Integrity, collaboration ' do the right thing' approach in all interactions.

· Ensure Food Safety compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements to remain audit-ready at all times.
