Job Title: Administrator
Location: Cullybackey


The Role:

Staffline Recruitment is offering this position on behalf of our client, Cranswick. We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and driven individual to carry out general administration duties, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support as required.

  • Raise purchase orders and maintain records.

  • Ensure adequate stationery and supplies are available on site.

  • Arrange site travel and manage bookings.

  • Use Microsoft Office to create and maintain documents and reports.

  • Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain high standards of work quality and attention to detail.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety practices.

  • Support ad hoc projects and additional duties as required.

  • Act in the best interest of Cranswick Country Foods at all times.


Person Specification:

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) or equivalent, including English and Maths.

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.

  • Ability to work within deadlines and manage tasks effectively.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Knowledge or experience of Microsoft NAV.


Working Hours:

  • 24 hours per week (days to be agreed).

  • Some flexibility required to meet operational needs.
