Accounts Administrator | Dublin 12 | Hybrid
At Staffline Recruitment we are seeking an energetic and motivated Accounts Administrator to step into a pivotal role within a successful and growing business located in Dublin 12. As the Accounts Administrator, you'll be the go-to for all things accounts payable as part of a friendly and supportive team
Key responsibilities will include:
- Process and manage vendor invoices, payments and credit notes.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payment and resolution of queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform invoice reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly accruals and end-of-month processes.
- Process general expenses, subcontractor payments and fuel records.
- Manage supplier credit applications and monthly credit card transactions.
- Provide exception customer service and administrative support to the Finance Department.
Applicants will meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy accounts payable function.
- A 'can-do' attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Proficient level in Microsoft Office Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This permanent position will pay a salary in the region of €35,000 - €37,000 with a hybrid option of 2 days per week working from home.
