Account Specialist Onsite

Location: Dungannon
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week (reasonable flexibility required)
Salary & Benefits: £23,000-25,000 OTE - £27,000 - £29,000; Reward & Recognition Scheme; Private Healthcare; Life Assurance & Pension
Holidays: 36 days annual leave including Public Holidays

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Account Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, organising, and administering our services to ensure the highest level of efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of roles, organisational culture, specifications, and assignment durations.
  • Source and recruit candidates for various roles in line with client requirements and resourcing KPIs.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
  • Conduct interviews and skills assessments in line with specific client requirements.
  • Register candidates in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including eligibility to work and other relevant regulations.
  • Deliver client-specific training as agreed, such as manual handling and inductions.
  • Issue onboarding information, including assignment briefing forms and handbooks.
  • Ensure candidates are paid correctly and on time.
  • Provide general advice and guidance to temporary workers on performance and absence management.
  • Conduct investigation meetings for complaints or issues.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure all operations comply with legal and ethical standards and company policies.
  • Adhere to statutory health and safety requirements.
  • Complete monthly Branch Quality Audits.
  • Complete Client Ethical and Customer Audits as requested.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Stability in past work history.
  • Strong administration and IT skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings.

Education & Qualifications:

  • GCSE English and Maths at grades A-C or equivalent.
  • Desirable: Business Administration Level 3 qualification.

Qualities & Disposition:

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Accountability and personal responsibility.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact sensitively.
  • Resilience under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
