As part of their continued growth, they are expanding their teams in both Limerick and Ennis, including an exciting new Superstore opening soon in Ennis.

Responsibilities
The Retail Sales Consultant will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience while driving sales. Duties will include:

• Engaging with customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products;
• Providing knowledgeable advice on TVs, computers and related technology;
• Delivering excellent customer service and building positive customer relationships;
• Working towards and achieving individual and team sales targets;
• Maintaining attractive, well-organised product displays;
• Handling customer queries and after-sales issues in a professional and timely manner;
• Completing sales administration accurately;
• Taking an active interest in product training and ongoing development.

Criteria

• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role would be advantageous;
• Experience with, or a genuine interest in, TVs, computers, electrical appliances and technology;
• A strong desire to achieve sales targets, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-focused, approachable and confident when dealing with people;
• Motivated, energetic and willing to learn and develop product knowledge;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
