Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Phone Repairs: Carry out repairs efficiently and accurately, following established procedures and quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs are completed to the required standard, with close attention to detail.
• Device Testing: Thoroughly test handsets following repairs to ensure full functionality and reliable performance.
• Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to a positive customer experience by delivering consistent, high-quality repair services.
• Productivity: Work towards individual production targets while maintaining excellent repair quality.
• General Duties: Support the wider team with day-to-day operational tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

• Relevant Experience: Previous mobile phone repair experience is essential. Experience repairing tablets will also be considered.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent concentration and a commitment to completing repairs accurately and to a high standard.
