SERVICE CENTRE ASSISTANT | FINGLAS | PERMANENT

We are looking for a reliable, organised and friendly person to join our client's team as a Service Centre Assistant.

ON OFFER |

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday 9am - 5.15pm (Wednesday 9am - 5.30pm)

THE ROLE|

• The role involves driving to customers and collecting products and samples, ensuring they are handled and transported safely, recording sample information accurately and providing general administrative support.
• You will also assist with sample receipt, registration and other daily duties to help the Service Centre run smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Collect and transport products and samples safely and on time
• Ensure samples are correctly labelled, stored and handled
• Record sample details accurately on the LIMS system
• Carry out general administration, including data entry and responding to customer enquiries
• Assist with sample registration, disposal, cleaning and other Service Centre duties
• Keep the company vehicle clean and well maintained
• Follow road safety regulations and company procedures
• Complete required training and support the team as needed

REQUIREMENTS|

• A full, clean driving licence, with no previous endorsements preferred
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
