Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm; Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm
Pay: Competitive rates of pay

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client, a successful and expanding company based in Ballygawley.

Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their team and is offering permanent opportunities for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check incoming deliveries.
• Check goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Record deliveries accurately on the warehouse system.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect stock.
• Label and store materials correctly.
• Carry out stock checks and stock movements.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Complete dispatch paperwork.
• Load vehicles safely and securely.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain stock accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Follow health and safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Report hazards, accidents and safety concerns.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Previous warehouse or stores experience.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work safely.

Desirable

• Experience using ERP systems, such as Infor M3.
• Experience using handheld scanners.
• Forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory processes.
