General Operative

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Operatives to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role involving quality testing, product inspection, packing and labelling to ensure finished products meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and inspect finished products, recording results accurately.
• Pack and label products correctly for warehouse transfer.
• Assist with machine set-up and day-to-day production activities.
• Maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Follow all health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Work flexibly with colleagues to meet production targets.

What We're Looking For

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work independently.
• A commitment to quality, safety and following procedures.
