Job description
BUTCHER - FULL TIME
Location: Larne
Working hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for Butcher to join their busy team in Larne.
Key Duties:
- Slicing meat for customer orders
- Producing mince, burgers and vegetable rolls
- Boning lamb and beef
- Preparing meat according to customer requirements
- Following health & safety and food hygiene procedures
Requirements:
- Previous butcher experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
