WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS MANAGER | DUBLIN NORTH | PERMANENT |

Our client based in Dublin North is searching for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join their team on a Permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager with a minimum of five years Warehouse and People Management experience to take the next step in their career and join an expanding company.

THE ROLE|

You will be responsible for managing, developing and lead a customer focused Operational Warehouse Team. You will ensure the team provides effective and efficient handling of all shipments, in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and compliance whilst providing excellent customer service which exceeds expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES|

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including goods-in, replenishment, picking and packing.
• Optimise warehouse layout, space utilisation and stock flow using data-driven insights.
• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management.
• Lead and develop team leaders, ensuring clear accountability across all warehouse functions.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, providing coaching and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales and Senior Management to support overall business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS|

• 5+ years experience of working in a Operations Manager/ Warehouse Supervisor position
• Proven people management skills
• Computer literate with intermediate level of Word, Excel, Outlook and knowledge of CRM systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills, influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
• Excellent understanding of organisational effectiveness and operations management
• Good knowledge of WMS/ERP systems with an interest in technology and automation to improve efficiency and productivity.
