Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator with strong Excel skills and an interest in warehouse and logistics operations? Our client is seeking a proactive Warehouse Administrator to support the smooth running of inventory, customer orders, stock movements, and reporting. This is a full-time, permanent position, based in Borrisoleigh, Tipperary.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play an important role in maintaining accurate inventory and supporting the day-to-day administration of warehouse operations. You will manage customer orders, stock records, documentation, reporting, and inventory updates while also providing administrative support to the Warehouse Manager. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to react quickly are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer orders and coordinate stock for shipment;
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock counts, and customer inventory;
- Coordinate paperwork and documentation for stock movements and warehouse transactions;
- Monitor inventory reports, identify discrepancies, and support root cause analysis;
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and database updates;
- Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations;
- Support the Warehouse Manager with day-to-day administration, process improvements, and supply chain projects.
Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in a similar administrative, warehouse, logistics, or inventory role;
- Strong computer and data management skills and advanced Excel skills;
- Very strong communication, planning, and organisational skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to changing priorities;
- Full-time availability;
- Own transport is essential due to the location of the company.
