Transport Admin/ Co-ordinator

Staffline Reruitment are working alongside our client based in Belfas who are seeking a Transport Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis

Salary: £30K - £33K dependant on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm & 10am - 6pm

Essential Criteria

• Must have experience within a recent similiar role
• Previous experience in domestic and cross border transport
• Shipping experience with dangerous goods (Class 9) or any ADR training
• Good IT skills, organised, attention to detail
• Knowledge of trailers and containers (both nationallu and internationally)
• Knowledge of TSS or customers systems preferable
• Forlift licence desirable
• Fluent in written and verbal English

Job Role

• Route optimisation and trailer load planning
• Scheduling deliveries for loads in and out of the warehouse
• Hands on with helping shipping team process orders and dispatch loads
• Must have experience in Excel
