Rate of Pay - £14.35 per hour
Duties:
The post holder will be a member of the Portadown Response Maintenance Unit with specific responsibilities relating to the Response team..
Responsibilities include:
- Carry out joinery repairs, maintenance and installation work within residential properties.
- Repair and replace doors, frames, skirting, flooring and other timber fixtures.
- Measure, cut and fit timber and other materials accurately to required specifications.
- Diagnose and rectify joinery defects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Complete reactive maintenance work while prioritising urgent repairs.
- Maintain safe working practices and comply with relevant health and safety procedures.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Thursday 0830-1630 & Friday 0830-1600
Essential Criteria:
- 5+ years experience
