Duties:

The post holder will be a member of the Portadown Response Maintenance Unit with specific responsibilities relating to the Response team..

Responsibilities include:

• Carry out electrical installations, repairs and maintenance within residential properties.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults safely and efficiently.
• Complete electrical testing and inspections in line with relevant regulations.
• Install, maintain and repair electrical fixtures, fittings and equipment.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and prioritise urgent works.
• Maintain accurate job records and comply with health, safety and electrical standards.

Hours of work:

• Monday to Thursday 0830-1630 & Friday 0830-1600

Essential Criteria:

• 5+ years experience
