The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Representative to join a Dundalk-based business. This position will suit a motivated junior candidate with a natural ability to build relationships and a strong interest in mechanical or technical products. Must have previous selling experience in either Agri Sector, Construction, Waste & Recycling, Marine, Plant & Machinery Hire, and forestry

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and representing the company professionally across their assigned territory. Territory will be tailored based on the successful candidate's location.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Demonstrating products to customers and providing technical insight (full training provided)
• Understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions
• Managing your own sales pipeline and working towards targets
• Representing the company across your designated territory

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude or interest in technical products
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive and driven attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Full training will be provided, so prior product knowledge is not required
