Senior HR Manager

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting on behalf of a leading employer for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a dynamic Group HR team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams, influencing people decisions and making a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key member of the site management team, you'll partner with leaders across the business to deliver practical HR solutions that support both people and performance.

The Opportunity

As Senior HR Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor to site management, supporting the full employee lifecycle-from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, engagement, training and workforce planning.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to drive positive workplace culture while ensuring best practice and employment legislation are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with site management on day-to-day HR and people matters.
• Manage workforce planning, headcount reporting and attendance management.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate inductions alongside Safety, Quality, Training and Operations teams.
• Support managers with performance management, probation reviews and employee development.
• Provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance and employee relations matters.
• Build positive relationships with employee representatives and colleagues.
• Oversee training plans, budgets and development initiatives.
• Ensure payroll, employee records and HR systems remain accurate and compliant.
• Monitor HR metrics including starters, leavers, absence and overtime.
• Support change management initiatives and continuous improvement projects across the business.
• Keep up to date with employment legislation and ensure compliance across the site.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who brings both strong HR expertise and the confidence to work closely with operational leaders in a busy manufacturing environment.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or Senior HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience managing recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Confidence coaching managers through people-related matters.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to influence at all levels.
