Pay: £15.00 per hour
Contract: Maternity Cover - 1 year
Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am-4:00pm

We are recruiting a highly organised and enthusiastic Tours, Online Shop & Events Coordinator to join the Tayto team in Tandragee on a 1-year maternity cover contract.

Reporting to the Tayto Marketing Director, this is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility for the day-to-day management of Tayto Tours, online shop orders, trade shows, local events and consumer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Tayto Tour

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of a team of up to five Tour Guides
  • Manage the tour booking system, visitor bookings and group communications
  • Help maximise tour capacity and ensure visitors receive an excellent experience
  • Step in as a Tour Guide when required
  • Manage tour supplies including products, merchandise, PPE and headsets
  • Work with colleagues to ensure Health & Safety requirements are followed
  • Support the continued delivery of a high-quality visitor experience

Events & Exhibitions

  • Coordinate Tayto Group trade shows and exhibitions, including the Balmoral Show
  • Manage bookings, logistics, set-up, staffing and attendance
  • Represent Tayto as a brand ambassador at events
  • Complete post-event evaluations
  • Coordinate local PR and sampling events involving Mr Tayto and/or Tayto products
  • Identify and support relevant publicity opportunities
  • Liaise with local charities and events regarding product donations

Online Shop & Stock Management

  • Oversee the fulfilment of online orders
  • Manage staff supporting the packing and preparation of orders
  • Manage and maintain the web shop page
  • Monitor stock rotation and place stock orders as required
  • Manage internal staff orders
  • Take responsibility for crisp, snack and merchandise stock
  • Complete monthly stock check

Consumer Complaints

  • Act as a key point of contact for Tayto brand consumer complaints
  • Respond to complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure all complaints are accurately logged
  • Manage appropriate resolutions in line with Group procedures
  • Provide reporting through Group Consumer Service

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Previous experience managing or supervising staff
  • A proven ability to manage workloads and maximise team output
  • Experience dealing with customer issues, complaints and challenging situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • A confident, enthusiastic and flexible approach
  • The ability to work independently and use initiative
  • A full clean driving licence
  • Flexibility to travel and work weekends when required
