Paint Sprayer - Door Manufacturer
Location: Ballymena
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am - 4:45pm
Rate of Pay: £14.60 per hour + Attendance Bonus

Staffline Recruitment is currently recruiting a Paint Sprayer for our client, a leading door manufacturer based in Ballymena.

Job Duties:

• Spray painting doors and door components to a high-quality standard.

• Preparing doors and surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding and masking.

• Mixing and preparing paints and coatings as required.

• Applying primer, paint and finishing coats using spray-painting equipment.

• Checking finished doors for defects and ensuring a high-quality finish.

• Carrying out touch-ups and corrections where required.

• Cleaning and maintaining spray guns and other painting equipment.

• Carrying out general production tasks as instructed by the Team Leader or Supervisor.

• Meeting daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Following all Health & Safety procedures.

• Keeping the work area clean and organised.

• Reporting any production, equipment, or stock issues to the Team Leader.

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer is essential.

• Experience spraying doors or similar products is highly desirable.

• Good knowledge of spray-painting techniques and equipment.

• Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.

• Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
