Staffline Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Mill Production Operator to join a busy feed mill operation. This is a hands-on role offering strong long-term potential within a well-established agri-business environment.

The Role
This is a practical position involving bagging operations, general mill duties, and training to provide cover in the panel room. It would suit someone who enjoys varied work and being part of a close-knit production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bagging machinery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Carry out bagging, stacking and labelling in line with required standards
• Provide relief cover in the panel room, assisting with production controls
• Support intake of raw materials and general mill operations
• Adhere to all health & safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Assist with routine checks, basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work closely with the team to meet daily production targets

Experience & Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, agri or machinery-based environments is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Flexible approach to duties and working hours when required
