The Client: Northern Ireland Housing Executive
The Role:
The key responsibilities of the role are:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support related to the work of the local office.
- Provide support to the temporary accommodation team for South Down.
- Organise and provide administrative support for meetings, including scheduling diaries, circulating papers, booking venues and preparing meeting rooms and equipment.
- Attend meetings and prepare timely records and minutes of meetings for review by the Area Manager and distribution to attendees.
- Gather data from systems and reports to assist with responses to Public Affairs Requests, Subject Access Requests, Freedom of Information Requests and complaints.
- Assist in the preparation, validation and presentation of statistical information for inclusion within written reports for senior management.
- Ensure that communications (post, telephone, email, face to face), pertaining to the business unit are recorded and communicated to relevant officers for further action.
- Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to, temporary accommodation providers, housing customers, other statutory agencies, and internal NIHE departments.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
Note: If successful you must be prepared to have an Access NI clearance check carried out
