A rapidly expanding renewable energy company is seeking an experienced Solar Panel Installer to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to step into a leadership role, working on a variety of residential and commercial projects across Ireland.

About the Role

As a Team Lead Installer, you will oversee installations, manage a crew, and ensure all projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate installation teams on-site
• Plan and schedule jobs effectively
• Install solar panel systems, mounting structures, and DC cabling
• Work on tile, slate, and metal roofs, as well as ground-mounted systems
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations and company standards
• Maintain clean and organised work sites
• Complete job documentation and testing procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in solar panel installation
• Experience leading and managing teams
• Full, clean driving licence (towing experience desirable)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Relevant certifications (Safe Pass, Manual Handling, MEWP, etc.)
• A proactive, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
