Our client are seeking a motivated and reliable PV Panel Installer (Roofer) to join their growing installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with roofing or construction experience who wants to build a long-term career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.

Working as part of an experienced installation crew, you'll be involved in the installation of residential and commercial solar PV systems across Ireland. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship, maintaining the highest safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of roof-mounted and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
• Load, unload and organise materials and equipment on site.
• Install mounting brackets, racking and rail systems.
• Assist with the installation of DC cables, conduits, trunking and cable trays.
• Safely lift and position solar panels.
• Maintain clean, organised and safe working environments.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in roofing, construction or a similar hands-on trade.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Experience using power tools.
• Full, clean driver's licence and own transport.
• Valid SafePass and Manual Handling certificates.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering quality work.
• Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight on projects when required.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
