Technical Services Manager / Project Manager (HSE) - Limerick

Location: Limerick (National Technology Park, Plassey)
Contract: 2-Year Fixed Term
Sector: Public Sector - HSE (Capital & Estates)
Salary: €60,859 - €84,595. Placement on the scale will depend on relevant public sector experience (e.g. Civil Service, Local Authorities, HSE or other statutory bodies).

The Role

Staffline Recruitment Ireland are partnering with the HSE to recruit a Technical Services Manager / Project Manager to support the delivery of capital projects and estate services across a live healthcare environment in Limerick.

This is a client-side role focused on overseeing contractors, coordinating works, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

A strong fit for someone from a contractor or site background looking to step into a more structured, client-side position.

What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

* Managing contractors across multiple live projects
* Overseeing refurbishments, upgrades, and maintenance works
* Coordinating with on-site teams and stakeholders to keep delivery on track
* Managing budgets, timelines, and procurement processes
* Ensuring all works meet safety, regulatory, and healthcare standards
* Acting as the key link between site teams, stakeholders, and senior management
* Identifying issues early and keeping projects moving
