  • Work closely with administration teams to ensure delivery schedules, customer requirements, and documentation are accurately managed.

  • Coordinate responses to disruptions such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, and last-minute delivery changes.

  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery schedules, updates, and service-related queries.

  • Comprehensive understanding of RSA regulations, EU Driver Hours legislation, Working Time Directives, and tachograph compliance.

  • Experience using routing, telematics, or transport management systems (TMS).

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and logistics-related software.

  • Previous experience using SmartRoutes or similar route optimisation software.

  • Experience within retail, distribution, logistics, or home delivery operations.

  • Knowledge of fleet utilisation and transport performance reporting.

Benefits

  • Opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced logistics operation.
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment.

  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

  • Career development potential within a growing organisation.

  • Access to employee wellbeing initiatives and support programmes.

  • Pension and performance-related incentive schemes.
