Job Title: Learning & Development Administrator ( 6 months contract)
Location: Ballymoney
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
Rate of Pay: £13.86 per hour
Purpose of the Role
The Learning & Development Administrator will provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team, ensuring the efficient coordination, organisation, and delivery of training and development activities across the organisation. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records, reports, and learning systems while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
Coordinate training courses, including booking venues, arranging catering, preparing training materials, and communicating with facilitators and participants.
Support the delivery of learning and development programmes and initiatives.
Maintain and update training records, databases, and e-learning platforms.
Produce reports and management information as required.
Ensure training requests and enquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Support compliance and audit requirements relating to training and development activities.
Identify opportunities to improve systems and administrative processes.
Attend meetings and events as required.
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and organisational information.
Essential Skills and Experience
Minimum of 12 months' administrative experience within a Learning & Development, HR, or similar office environment.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom.
Experience maintaining records, databases, and producing reports.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.

Additional Requirements
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use, or the ability to demonstrate suitable mobility to carry out the duties of the role.
