Finance Administrator (Part Time Hours)

Staffline Ireland are recruiting a proactive and professional Receptionist / Administration / Finance Assistant on behalf of our Lisburn based Client to join their growing team. This is a varied, fast-paced role supporting reception, office administration, and basic finance tasks. Ideal for someone organised, confident, and eager to contribute across the business.

Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday: 9am - 4pm

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a welcoming front-of-house service for visitors, clients, and suppliers
  • Manage calls, emails, post, and reception duties
  • Provide administrative support across the office, HR, and operations
  • Assist with document control, filing, and record-keeping
  • Support finance tasks including invoice processing, reconciliations, and credit control
  • Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office
  • Experience in administration, reception & finance support
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience of working in a construction, engineering, or manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of finance systems (Sage)
