Staffline Recruitment Ireland, on behalf of our valued client, is seeking an experienced HGV Driver / Crane Operator for an immediate start. This is a full-time position suited to a reliable and safety-conscious driver with experience operating truck-mounted cranes within construction, utilities, or industrial environments. The role will involve travelling to various sites across the Munster region.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation, loading, and unloading of materials and equipment across various project sites.
Site Duties:
- Operate HGV vehicles and truck-mounted cranes safely and efficiently;
- Transport materials, equipment, and machinery to and from customer and project sites;
- Carry out loading and unloading activities using the vehicle-mounted crane;
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance requirements;
- Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed in a safe and professional manner;
- Adhere to all road traffic legislation, Health & Safety requirements, and company policies;
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records;
- Support site operations when required and work closely with site teams and management.
Benefits
- Salary of €17.50 gross pay per hour (DOE);
- Overtime paid at time and a half;
- Daily subsistence allowance;
- 6-month contract with the possibility of a permanent position;
- Guaranteed 40-hour working week with additional overtime opportunities available;

Criteria
- Full clean HGV Licence with crane operating experience;
- Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card;
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety and safe working practices;
- Flexibility to travel throughout the Munster region and work additional hours when required.
