Group Procurement Manager

Location: Limerick, Ireland
Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 + bonus + vehicle/allowance + benefits

A leading business in Limerick is seeking an experienced Group Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy, supplier performance, and cost control initiatives across the organisation. This is a key leadership role focused on driving commercial value, strengthening procurement processes, and supporting operational performance across a fast-paced multi-site business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities across transport, warehousing, fleet, facilities, and operational functions
• Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements
• Drive cost-saving and value improvement initiatives across key spend areas
• Strengthen procurement governance, controls, and reporting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost management alongside finance teams
• Develop supplier performance frameworks and improve service delivery standards
• Identify opportunities for procurement standardisation and operational efficiencies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and procurement procedures

About You

• Proven procurement experience within logistics, transport, FMCG, warehousing, manufacturing, or operational environments
• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience managing multi-site procurement activities and operational spend categories
• Strong financial awareness and cost-control mindset
• Ability to work effectively with operational leadership teams in fast-paced environments
• Highly organised with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
