Disabilities Case Manager | Public Sector | Bray Co, Wicklow

The Client: We have an immediate requirement for a Disabilities Case Manager to join our client's team, located in Bray Co Wicklow. The role will be offered on a temporary basis for approximately 3-6 months, however, there may be an opportunity to extend on a long-term basis. The purpose of this role is to coordinate, develop, monitor, and manage Home Support and Respite services for individuals with disabilities

Hours of work: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch (unpaid) | 35 hours per week

Length of contract: 3-6 months with the possibility of further extension/permanency

Requirements:

• Manage a caseload of individuals requiring Home Support and Respite services.
• Assess needs and develop appropriate service options and care packages.
• Prepare and evaluate funding proposals and business cases for service provision.
• Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary reviews and case management meetings.
• Monitor service delivery, governance, quality standards, and contractual arrangements.
• Manage budgets, expenditure, procurement processes, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate records, activity data, statistics, and service reports.
• Respond to complaints, information requests, and service-related enquiries.

In Return:

• Hourly rate within the region of €30-€32 per hour
• Weekly payroll
