Job description

Staffline are working alongside our client, a well known hotel based in Belfast to assist with the recruitment of a Breakfast Chef, Sous Chef and Executive Chef to join their team on a permanent basis

Job Role:

Breakfast Chef - 37.5hrs per week - Full Job Specification available £28K

  • Responsible for preparing and delivering breakfast to guests
  • Preparation and service of breakfast to the highest standards
  • Adhering to specifications

Sous Chef - 37.5hrs per week - Full Job Specfication available £35-40K

  • You will partner the Head Chef to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the kitchen team
  • Deputise for the Head Chef in their absence
  • Keen eye for details

Executive Chef - Full time - Full Job Specification available £65-70K

  • Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the kitchen operation and team
  • Demonstrating expertise in culinary leadership
  • Ensure the commercial success of the business, operating within the parameters of food and wage costs set, reflecting a commitment to partnership with the wider business goals
  • Plan and implement innovative menus and systems to drive the commercial success of the business, showcasing your expertise in culinary trends and operational efficiency
  • Consistently prepare and present food to the highest standards, ensuring all team members adhere to the established specifications, guaranteeing consistent quality and guest satisfaction

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience at Head Chef level
  • Strong people manager and an inspirational leader
  • Knowledge of working to and with financial targets
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded
  • Knowledge of large scale functions/events
