Location: Naas Pay Rate: €15.57 per hour | OT rate €19.46 per hour Shifts Available: 05:45-16:00, 06:45-15:00, 14:45-23:00, 15:45-02:00, 16:15-02:30, 22:00-06:00

About the Role

Staffline Recruitment Ireland is recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of Birds Eye in Naas. This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates to join a busy food production team, supporting the preparation, packing and quality checking of products. Full training will be provided, making it suitable for candidates with previous production, factory or warehouse experience, or those looking to build experience in food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

· Working on a busy food production line

· Preparing, packing and handling products in line with site procedures

· Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process

· Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area

· Following food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures

· Supporting team members to meet production targets

· Reporting any issues or concerns to the relevant supervisor

· Working efficiently as part of a fast-paced production team

Essential Criteria

· Good standard of spoken and written English

· Reliability and a strong work ethic

· Ability to work as part of a team in a busy production environment

· Flexibility to work across available shift patterns

· Willingness to follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures

Desirable Criteria

· Previous experience in a factory, production, warehouse or food manufacturing environment

· Forklift, Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence would be beneficial, but is not essential
