About the Role
Staffline Recruitment Ireland is currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of Pilgrim's Ballymena.

As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a friendly onsite team, supporting the smooth running of daily production operations.

- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good attention to detail
- Flexible approach to shift work
- Previous production or food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
