The Client: Local Government body based in Lisburn, serving local residents.
The Role:
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining a high level of general cleanliness, general maintenance and upkeep, ensuring a friendly and efficient service to the public. Driving duties and other services to support the activities of the Section in keeping with aims and values.
Hours of work: 18.50hours per week
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year's employment experience working as a caretaker with specific experience in at least three of the following areas:
- Cleaning;
- Maintenance Work;
- Erecting, dismantling and storing equipment;
- Security;
- First Aid.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety
- Knowledge of CoSHH
- Knowledge of cleaning material stock taking.
- Experience of operating electrical and mechanical cleaning equipment
- Experience of operating heating plant equipment
- A full current driving licence valid in the UK and access to a car or have access to a form of transport that enables you to carry out the duties of the post*
In Return:
- Rates of pay £13.69 per hour
