Staffline Ireland, we are currently recruiting on behalf of our Lisburn-based client for a Merchandiser to join their growing team. The merchandiser is responsible for promoting and distributing our client's portfolio of products to our customers across a designated delivery area of Northern Ireland.

You will also be responsible for merchandising on a regular basis, ensuring brands are in most prominent position, communicating promotional offers and new products to our customers.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary/Benefits: £26,369 - £34,000 + Use of Company Vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Delivery and merchandising of products to stores to a world class standard.
• Liaise closely with Business Development Rep. Proactively influence display placements and ensure our displays are impactful and always before our competitors in each store
• Hitting KPIs on a Monthly Basis
• Identify new areas of opportunity for developing business in store then follow through and implement development plans.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' promoting products/brands with a proven track record in achieving targets and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively and maintain a professional approach.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, with a clear commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and creative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• IT literate, with confidence in using standard business systems and tools.
• Full, unrestricted driving licence and flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required.
• Strong commercial awareness and sound business acumen.
